About the Founder
Alena Minatee is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Minatee Solutions, bringing more than 20 years of experience across the nonprofit, education, and community development sectors. She is a strategist, systems builder, and capacity expert who helps mission-driven organizations translate vision into clear, actionable strategies that lead to measurable and sustainable impact.
Alena began her career with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Union County, where she quickly distinguished herself by identifying unmet needs and creating practical, community-centered solutions. The relationships she built during those formative years remain strong today and continue to shape her approach to partnership, impact, and innovation.
Throughout her career, Alena has supported organizations across the United States, working at multiple levels of leadership from frontline program management to executive strategy and board development. She currently serves clients in various regions and remains committed to showing up wherever the need calls. For Alena, community challenges and opportunities are not bound by geography and neither is the support Minatee Solutions provides.
Through Minatee Solutions, Alena collaborates with a nationwide network of consultants, technical specialists, and aligned partner organizations to deliver comprehensive support in strategy, operations, fundraising, communications, and program development. Together, they help clients strengthen internal systems, cultivate partnerships, and build long-term capacity.
